As one of the first three members of Mint Mobile’s marketing team, I had a front-row seat—and an active hand—in transforming a small mobile startup into a disruptive, nationally recognized brand. I helped lead the marketing through its evolution from Mint SIM to Mint Mobile, laying the groundwork for the brand’s rapid growth, unforgettable creative campaigns (including a Super Bowl ad!), and customer-centric digital experience.
It was a rare opportunity to build everything from scratch: brand voice, customer journeys, channel strategy, app design, product marketing and lifecycle campaigns that fueled loyalty, referrals, and retention.
